Our Story

CRS Landscaping was founded in 2015 by Colin Stetter. Under their original name as Colin’s Lawn Care, they started a small company providing lawn mowing services to a handful of clients. They grew their business to maintain multiple HOA’s and commercial properties, along with numerous residential clients and providing landscaping services.

At the beginning of 2022, Colin’s Lawn Care rebranded to CRS Landscaping. This change brought new opportunities. The owner obtained their pesticide license and can provide professional-grade products for their clients’ lawns. At CRS Landscaping, we are focused on creating a more beautiful community for our neighbors.

Meet Our Team

Colin Stetter

OWNER AND FOUNDER
In 2015, Colin Stetter laid the foundation for CRS Landscaping, LLC, under the initial banner of Colin’s Lawn Care. With unwavering determination, Colin diligently worked to grow his business from the ground up. His commitment to excellence is evident in his continuous efforts to enhance client service, prioritizing swift communication and maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Colin, a sophomore at Penn State Berks, is set to graduate in the fall of 2026. As the son of Paul and Deb Stetter, he has received unwavering support from his family since the inception of his entrepreneurial journey. Beyond his business endeavors, Colin is a devout Christian, shaping his values and guiding principles.
Mike Ulrich

Forman
In 2023, Mike Ulrich became an integral part of CRS Landscaping, taking on the role of heading our mowing crew. With a strong work ethic and a passion for the outdoors, Mike leads our team in providing exceptional mowing services to both our residential and commercial customers. Mike's dedication to hard work is not limited to the green landscapes he tends to; he's equally passionate about hitting the open road on his Harley during motorcycle rides. Beyond his landscaping pursuits, Mike brings a wealth of experience to the team. He is a retired welder with over 30 years of expertise, showcasing his commitment to excellence and attention to detail. A proud veteran, Mike has served in the United States Air Force, contributing to a legacy of discipline and dedication. We are privileged to have Mike as an essential member of the CRS Landscaping family, embodying values that align seamlessly with our commitment to quality service and professionalism.
Lyndon Engle

General Landscaper
Since June 2023, Lyndon Engle has been an invaluable member of the CRS Landscaping team, working in tandem with Mike Ulrich to provide exceptional residential and commercial mowing services for our customers. When he's not beautifying landscapes, Lyndon dedicates his free time to coaching school sports and embarking on long bike rides. His passion for fitness and teamwork shines through in every aspect of his life. With 25 years of experience teaching business classes at Cocalico High School, Lyndon brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role at CRS Landscaping. We are privileged to have Lyndon as part of our team, and we look forward to continuing our journey together toward excellence in landscaping services.
Owen Shrom

General Landscaper
Owen Shrom joined the CRS Landscaping family in June 2023, bringing enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and excel within our company. As a valuable member of our landscaping team, Owen is actively engaged in providing a range of landscaping services to our clients. In addition to his commitment to professional growth, Owen is a high school student who passionately participates in sports, including basketball and baseball. Beyond the athletic field, he dedicates his time outside of school and work to fellowship with his fellow believers, embodying a deep commitment to his Christian faith. Owen's dedication to both personal and professional pursuits makes him an invaluable asset to the CRS Landscaping team.
